Shipping within The U.K.

All products are  usually in stock, and we guarantee to despatch all retail orders post free, and via first class post within 3 working days.  Most orders are despatched within 24 hours, and we strive to achieve this goal as often as possible. Please note that with reluctance, and for the first time since 1993 we are having to impose a minimum order. This is due to the Royal Mail's new size and weight pricing policy, which as all our output is now classed as packet post, it costs us £1.00. to send a single 10 or 30ml unit, and a whopping £1.70 to send a 100ml unit! So with regret, the minimum order now has to be set at £5.00, which we feel is very reasonable, and still far less than our competitors.

Please add £3.00 post and packing - this is a fixed charge for any size of order. Please order in U.K. pounds. Your card provider will convert the amount spent to your local currency.

You can also phone our retail shop "Cards Gifts & Fragrances" (Coniston, South Lakes) on 01539 441 682 with any queries. Please note however that this is a seasonal business, and is only staffed full time (10am - 5pm approx) from April through to October.
