Has a stimulating effect on the mind, aiding concentration and wakefulness. Often used in muscle and joint preparations to help ease muscular pain. Good to inhale for coughs etc. A strong astringent which will help tone the skin. Much used in hair products as an anti-dandruff agent.

Precautions - A very stimulating oil which should be avoided if epileptic or prone to high blood pressure. Best avoided during pregnancy.
