Uses - Sharpens the senses and is a good aid to memory. Often used to relieve the effects of travel sickness.
One of the warming oils, it is much used in rubs for rheumatoid conditions, as well as general sprains and sports injuries. Also useful in blends for a pre-sport massage. Ginger is one of the ingredients used in our own pre-blended Muscle and Joint Rub.
